Terms of Service — leasezy

By using leasezy.com.au (the Service), you agree to these terms. Operated from Australia.

1. What leasezy is

An information service that scores Australian addresses across transit, walkability, schools, parks, rent value and commute, using public datasets. Not a real-estate agent, listings provider, mortgage broker or financial adviser.

2. Eligibility

16 or older.
Accurate sign-up details.
One account per person.

3. Tiers and price

Anonymous: 5 address scores per rolling 7 days, by hashed IP.
Signed in, free: 25 per rolling 7 days.
Property Weekly: AUD 5.90 / week via Stripe in advance. Unlimited scoring and shortlist for the billing week.
Auto-renews weekly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current week. No partial-week refunds.
Price changes: 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep the original price for the next cycle.

4. Refunds

Weeks are not refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Contact hello@leasezy.com.au within 14 days of the issue.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, mirror, or resell our data without written permission.
Use the service to harass, defame, or harm.
Bypass quota limits or share accounts to evade the free cap.
Reverse-engineer the scoring formulas.
Run automated tools (bots, crawlers, headless browsers) without permission.
Probe, scan, or stress-test the infrastructure.

Breach can result in suspension or termination without notice or refund.

6. Accuracy and limits

The data is sourced from third parties (G-NAF, OpenStreetMap, GTFS, NSW DCJ, Homes Victoria, Google) and may have errors, gaps or staleness. Provided as-is, with no warranty of fitness for purpose. Don't use it as your sole basis for renting, leasing, or buying. Verify and consult qualified professionals before signing anything.

7. Intellectual property

The leasezy name, logo, scoring methodology and software are ours.
Underlying datasets are licensed under their respective open-data terms (CC, ODbL) and credited in the application.
You own anything you submit (your saved addresses); you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and process it to provide the service.

8. Suspension and closure

You can close your account any time from the account page.
We may close accounts that breach these terms, fail payment, or are fraudulent.
On closure, data is deleted within 30 days. Stripe tax records are kept where required.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

The service is as-is and as available, no warranty.
No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profit, data, or property-purchase outcomes.
Total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of AUD 100 or what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Nothing here excludes any guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

Material changes are emailed to signed-in users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

Governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
